- Avoid Changes in Weight. Purchasing your wedding dress will be one of the first tasks that you complete when planning your wedding. You will discover your dream gown, and it will them be created in your size. However, alterations will most likely need to be completed, to ensure that it fits you to perfection. Therefore, you will want to avoid any changes in weight, as you wouldn’t want your dress to not fit once the big day arrives. So, don’t take part in any diets after your alterations begin. But, don’t indulge either. Maintaining the same weight is of importance!
- Avoid “Asking” for Gifts. You will most likely create a gift registry for your big day, so that your guests can purchase items for you as a way to congratulate you on your marriage. You will want to notify your guests of your registry information, but in a non-obligatory way! So, it’s best to avoid presenting your gift registry information right among your invitations, but rather as its own insert within your invitation suite.
